My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ralph – The Gentle Giant! 🐾💙🐕

Ralph is a stunning 3-year-old Akita mix with a heart full of love. He’s a big, goofy boy who craves attention and cuddles. Despite his size, Ralph is incredibly gentle and enjoys playing tug-of-war 🪁 and being a constant companion. He’s a playful, energetic boy who is always up for fun and snuggles.

Unfortunately, Ralph's current family can’t give him the attention and space he deserves. He needs a home with a big yard 🌳🏃‍♂️ where he can run and play freely. Ralph’s ideal family will have the time and patience to continue his training 🐕‍🦺 and provide the structure he needs to thrive.

Ralph loves all people, but he’s not good with other animals 🐕❌. He wants to be the king of his castle 🏰, so a single-pet home is ideal. He knows basic commands like Sit, Stay, Down, and Come, and he’s ready to learn more with the right family. His affectionate and playful nature makes him a loving companion for the right home.

If you’re looking for a gentle giant with a big heart ❤️, Ralph could be the perfect match for your family!

More about this rescue

Southern Nevada Animal Rescue League (SNARL) exists to provide a better life for adoptable homeless, abandoned, or abused animals. We aim to assist in the effort of limiting the overpopulation of these animals as well as educate the public against breed or size discrimination. There is no such thing as a “bad breed”, only bad humans. Our mission is to make sure all of the animals we rescue are placed in loving, safe, and viable fur-ever homes.
