This helps Circle 2 Rescue - Colorado Chapter with pet care costs.
Are you seeking a gentle, kind-hearted dog who thinks you hung the moon? Meet Daisy! At ~5+ years old, Daisy has an easy-going, calm demeanor that makes her a joy to have around. Having spent most of her life with an owner who kept her chained up in the dirt yard, Daisy is appreciative of the most basic things in life. Having a soft bed, being fed every day, receiving a loving touch, being told she is a good girl, are all pleasures that Daisy has never known and is overjoyed to experience. She delights in just being part of a family and shows her appreciation by being the best and easiest girl ever! She lives with other dogs and is friendly, playful and affectionate so she could easily go to a home with other dogs. She would also enjoy being the center of someone's universe and will enjoy you know every day how much she loves you. If she could be any sweeter, we can't imagine it. She is elated just to be in your presence and doesn't require much else of her people. Daily walks make her happy and she seems to be in awe of the world around her. It's so much more than the dirt yard where she spent the first years of her life. She likes to ride in the car with her foster mom and enjoys just being able to go with her. Her resiliance touches our hearts. She was not spayed when we rescued her and the neiighbor told us she has many litters over the yeard. Daisy is heart worm positive and will need to be on monthly preventatives. She has already completed her first treatment and just has 2 more appts on Jan 2nd and 3rd. This sweet-tempered girl is around 32 pounds and she appears to be a Beagle / perhaps Shepherd mix.
