Little baby Scrim is only about 6 months old and he's in need of a great home to grow up in! How on earth could he be a stray? We can't figure it out either. Scrim is a terrier/schnauzer mix and he's such a well-behaved puppy! He's extremely sweet, innocent, happy, loving, affectionate, and playful. He's learned excellent manners in his young life and he's very housebroken, he walks well on a leash, and he sits immediately when asked. Scrim is playful and fun-loving, and he would love a home with a friendly dog that he could pal around with! He's truly the perfect family dog that is now in need of a family to love him forever. Call 609-693-1900 or email: office@ahsppz.org for an application. File#76128 9/27/24

More about this shelter
The Associated Humane Societies rescues stray and homeless animals, both domestic and wildlife, providing quality care and sanctuary until loving homes can be found. As a community-based organization, we provide low-cost veterinary care and humane education to promote responsible pet guardianship throughout New Jersey.
For over a century we have offered a haven to abused and neglected animals. Founded in 1906, AHS is the largest animal sheltering system in New Jersey, operating three shelters located in Newark, Forked River, and Tinton Falls. Our Forked River facility also includes Popcorn Park. Established in 1977, Popcorn Park is a sanctuary for abandoned, injured, ill, exploited, abused or elderly wildlife, exotic and farm animals, and birds.
The Society is a not for profit, 501(c)3 organization and we take pride in our devotion to the thousands of animals that come through our doors looking for a better life.
Please visit our website AHSCares.org for additional information.
