Lou is a sweet and affectionate puppy with an abundance of energy!

She loves playing with toys, the squeakier the better. Lou is smart, motivated, and ready to learn; she knows how to sit and lay down. Lou took to crate training and learned to sit at crosswalks in a matter of days. Lou walks well on a leash when there aren`t other dogs around but gets distracted by walking companions. She would do well with structured training such as agility courses.

Lou has a rough and tumble play style and would do best with dogs her size (or bigger) as she does exhibit some classic herding breed characteristics. Meet me today!

Their adoption process

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Hours of operations are Tuesday-Saturday from 1 - 5:30 p.m. Visiting hours end at 5 p.m.

2.
Meet the Pet

Once you have a pet in mind that you would like to meet, one of our staff members will assist with an introduction.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

Once a proper match is found, our pets are usually able to go home same day (so make sure to prep your home!)

4.
Take the Pet Home

Our adoption fees are donation based, meaning you can "name your own price". All donations go to supporting animal programs.

We are open for walk in adoptions! Visiting hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 1 - 5 p.m.
