Meet Molly, a sweet and affectionate rescue dog currently looking for her forever home! I’ve been fostering her for about a week after the person who found her was no longer able to keep her, and I’m happy to continue fostering her until she finds the right family. Molly is up to date on all her vaccinations, has been groomed, and is in great health, so she’s ready to make a smooth transition into a new home. She is about 2 years old and weighs 40 lbs. Molly is full of playful energy and loves exploring her surroundings, but she’s also incredibly affectionate. She’s the kind of dog that enjoys running around and playing, but when it’s time to relax, she’ll happily curl up next to you for some quiet companionship.

She gets along wonderfully with other pets and has become best friends with my 2-year-old standard poodle, bonding quickly and playing together like old pals. Molly has also had a few interactions with children and has been nothing but gentle and patient with them. How perfect is she? She had to be shaved because she was so matted but she will grow out quickly.

If you’re looking for a loyal, playful, and loving dog who is great with other pets and children, Molly would make a perfect addition to your family. I’m fostering her until she finds her forever home, and I know she’s ready to bring lots of love and joy into the right household!

Thank you for adopting and not buying!!! Every week hundreds of highly adoptabledogs are put to death by local shelters. Most people would be amazed at the purebred and beautiful dogs available, if they walked into their neighborhood shelter.

Rescue organizations, like mine, work hard to save as many as we possibly can but is a never ending process with breeders and Puppy Mills selling unhealthy animals to the public. If you EVER saw a puppy mill you would NEVER buy again!

All of my dogs are neutered or spayed, vet checked, completely vaccinated, wormed, groomed and checked for heart worms. They are all are current on Heart worm medicine, flea, and tick medications. They are all microchipped as well.

Adoption fee is $300 to $350 (older "friends' can be less, please inquire. Puppies are $350 - Besides fully vetting all dogs, some of of the dogs I rescue, 1 in 5 I rescue have heart worms which is very expensive to treat. I also take in dogs who need surgeries and are close to death.

More about this rescue

About us: Cody was the first pet I owned as an adult. He was a Shih Tzu that I bought unknowingly, from a Puppy Mill. He fought for his life and barely survived, suffering for the first few months of his life. From then on I was stirred by a ferocious passion to save as many dogs as I could through networking with other rescue groups and saving the ones I could off of cold streets and unwanted in shelters. Cody did not live a very long life due to a weakened body, but I was able to love on him for eight good years! He will always be loved and forever remembered. With over 400 dogs rescued so far, we ARE making a difference!!
