Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poor Charlotte was found wandering the streets and in deplorable condition. She was covered in mats and was so filthy that it literally took 2 days to groom her. Under that mess was a young dog that was just craving attention. Unfortunately her owner was never found and she is looking for her forever home. She is under two years old and a happy and energetic little girl. Charlotte tends to bark when left alone for long periods of time. Apartment living may not be for this girl.. We would only consider an adoption to NYC 5 boroughs and Long Island.
