Can I get a Yee Haw for our adorable Rodeo!? Rodeo is a 2 year old, 37 pounds, wonderful mix! Rodeo has the perfect combination of a super happy smile, and a loveable grumpy face! His foster says, "Rodeo has the sweetest face and his tail is always wagging." Rodeo is super friendly, both when meeting new people around the neighborhood, and while living with his foster's dog! Rodeo would love to play all day with the other dog in the home, but is quickly learning when it's time to calm down; just don't leave anything valuable around Rodeo has he is a chewer (sounds like we need to get this pup a Kong!). Rodeo also loves to cuddle and is super gentle, he'll melt anyone's heart!

Fill out our adoption application at heartsandbonesrescue.org and our adoption team will be in touch about next steps within a few days.

Meet the Pet

The best way to meet our pups is via private meetings or at adoption events. We host these weekly at various locations around NYC.

Sign Adoption Contract

Pay Fee

Our adoption fee ranges from $275-$550 and covers the costs of vetting, boarding, transportation, and other necessary items for our dogs.

Hearts & Bones Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foster-based rescue with dual bases in New York City, NY and Dallas, TX. We are dedicated to ending the needless euthanasia of shelter dogs through direct lifesaving, shared learning, and community building. Our incredible network of rescue partners, fosters, volunteers, and a small but mighty staff work together to save dogs in the areas where shelters are under the greatest stress, and unite them with loving adopters ready to give them the lives they deserve.
