My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey! I'm King! I'm a sweet young man looking for a family to call my own. I came to Berkshire Humane Society from a neglect case and am currently working on gaining weight. Because of my past and not being taught much I can be a little standoffish with men and jumpy when excited. The kennel staff are currently working with me on these things. Some of my favorite activities include going outside for my walks, sniffing around the pen, eating and making new doggie friends. I've made a couple of doggie friends here at the shelter and kennel staff believe I could potentially live with another dog. I've also been making great progress on my house training! Due to my jumping tendencies, I would do best in an adult only home. I have allergies to beef and turkey and must be kept on a low ingredient diet. If you think I could be a good fit for your family, please call the kennel staff at (413) 447-7878 ext.126 to learn more about me and how to meet me!
