Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pumpkin Pie 🥧✨...with the cool whip 🍦 is definitely an extra name, but she's a dog that truly deserves the extra because she is extra special. If you are looking for a dog that is ready-to-go and pre-trained, this is your girl! 🎉 Pumpkin Pie is around a year and a half old, and she is fully vetted. Here’s the "cool whip" part, though: she is already house trained 🏡, crate trained 🐾, kid-tested and approved 👶, sweet and submissive with new dogs 🐶, and is such a lover that she doesn't roam far from you. ❤️
Pumpkin Pie is an amazing girl, but one thing we know she does not handle well is being left loose in the house when you are away. 🏠😅 She finds this a great time to really check out everything and have a little party 🎈. The great thing is, she is completely crate trained, loves her crate, and even visits her crate when she doesn't need to! 💤 So all you have to do to keep the party from happening is to crate her when you leave. That’s it! 🎊
Pumpkin Pie...with the cool whip's adoption fee is $225, she is spayed, vaccinated, flea & tick treated and microchipped.
You can apply online for them at https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=sr2794&method=online_form_html&formid=21 OR stop into the shelter 12- 5 pm Tuesday through Friday or 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday to meet who is available at that time. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before we close to ensure we have time to do the adoption.
Take advantage of our foster-to-adopt program, where you can take any dog 4 mos and older home for a week to make sure it is a good fit before committing to adoption.
