The Fremont Police Department, Animal Services Unit manages the Tri-City Animal Shelter. Staff is responsible for protecting lost and injured animals as well as protecting the public from animal-carried diseases. Animal Services Officers respond to animal-related calls for service from citizens of the City of Fremont.
