Hi there, I’m Panda! I’m a playful, sweet pup who loves to cuddle and thinks I’m the perfect size for a lap dog. I get along great with other dogs and would love a fun, confident doggy sibling to play with. I’ll admit, I’m not a fan of cats and would prefer a cat-free home. I can be a little shy around new people at first, but once I warm up, I’ll adore you forever! I’m working on my leash skills and manners, but I’m super food-motivated, which makes learning fun. If you’re looking for a loyal buddy to snuggle, play, and share adventures with, I might be your perfect match!

Adoption questionnaires can be submitted online directly from an animal's profile on ycspca.com or as a general adoption application from www.ycspca.org/adopt/ A staff member will contact you to review your adoption questionnaire, then a meet (adoption appointment) can be scheduled between the pet and the potential adopter. If you cannot complete the form online, please call 717-764-6109 or visit the shelter during our public browsing hours to complete a questionnaire. We are open for public browsing hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
We are open for scheduled adoption appointments every day of the week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Other hours are available by request.
