REGGIE

Roxy (all black) is a 2 year old female that was found with her last years’ puppy, Reggie (white face) 1 year old female, living under a car in a rural area. They were taken to the pound and it was there that they discovered Roxy was very pregnant. Unfortunately none of her babies survived and she has been spayed. These girls were scared to death at the shelter, so much that the shelter was ready to euthanize. We were alerted that they needed a rescue to get them out and we said “YES” and gave them their “get out of jail free” card. Both are now spayed and current on vaccinations.

Just getting these ladies out of the shelter and into a home, they have completely made a full recovery. Roxy loves to run around and is more independent than sweet Reggie. Reggie stays pretty close to you wherever you go, happily wagging her tail.

Both girls will come back when called and we are working on potty training. They are very smart so I have no doubt it won’t take long. They get along with all the other dogs at the rescue and all people. They are just sweet, happy, loving and mellow little gals.
