Here's what the humans have to say about me:
2 year old male Australian Shepherd X Lab x Milkman?
BODIE has a bit of a sad story. He is 2 years old and never really had a home of his own. He was found as a stray and taken in by a family. He soon found himself in hot water as he was accused of killing a chicken. That family then took him to a vet and demanded he be put down. Because there was really no reason to justify putting such a young dog down, they agreed to surrender him. The vet contacted their local shelter. Bodie has been at the shelter for A YEAR with no interest.
This is a great dog! He smiles, wiggles his whole body, loves other friendly dogs and people. He loves kids and loves to play and his listening skills are top notch.
We really don’t know why he wasn’t adopted other than maybe he just needed a change in zip code. We volunteered to take him in to our rescue and help this wonderful boy find his home and live his best life…..chicken free of course.
