Susie is a sweet senior who found herself homeless. Susie is in a foster home in NJ. Susie came from the NYC shelter system. She was found in a vacant apartment after her family moved out.
Susie is blind. She is not fixed. Her teeth are in poor health and she has a quite large fat deposit on the right towards her back legs. We have had her evaluated with our veterinarians and they feel a quick dental would do her good after she settles in to her new foster home but she should not be spayed and nothing should be done in regards to her fat deposit. She has a smaller one on the other side as well. It doesn't seem to bother her so our vet said let it be. NYC gave her a permanent exemption from Spay already anyway.
Susie is sweet, loves attention, loves naps and loves to eat as long as it is soggy. She still eats kibble but it has to be wet. She is in good spirits and does not let anything get her down. At 16, we can't be sure how much time she has left but we can be sure we will make it the best chapter yet!
Susie is up to date on rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines. Her adoption fee is $300.
