My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for a big, beautiful love bug?! Look no further than Meadow!

Meadow is a 3 year old German Shepherd/Mastiff mix weighing 94 lb. This girl loves people, including kids! However she wants to be the one and only pet in your life. No other dogs/cats in her house, please! She wants all the attention for herself and will be your best friend. She is described as a bit of a “Velcro dog”, always wanting to be at your side. She also loves a good game of fetch!

Meadow does require some special care, but nothing difficult, just an extra expense her adopters should be aware of. She is on a prescription for her leaky bladder and anxiety. She also eats Hills Science Diet Sensitive Stomach ID food.

Meadow is already house and crate trained and spent 2 weeks at a board and train for professional training where she even received off leash training. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines and preventatives and ready to meet you!

If Meadow sounds like the right girl for you, apply today! Once approved you can meet this sweet girl in Harrisburg, PA.

We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs.  Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. Learn more about adopting from us or volunteering for us at www.pack9rescue.org or check us out on Facebook for more information and a complete list of dogs available for adoption.        https://www.facebook.com/PaCaringForK9s/
