My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Montana

Montana is a sweet and energetic lady who is true to her breed typical behaviors. She enjoys some cuddles before and after her walks. She is looking for someone who can match her energy!

Montana prefers the spotlight all to herself. That means Montana (or affectionately known as "Tana") would like to be the only pup in the home. She also would prefer older human kiddos who can also match her energy.

While her name is Montana, she does have a bit of an alter ego, some may know her: Hannah Montana. She enjoys singing and dancing about. Young and full of love and ambition she truly lives up to her name.

**Montana's Skills and Interests:**

Training Enthusiast: Montana is honing her basic cues and leash skills. With her love for food, she's highly motivated to learn more.

Outdoor Adventurer: Montana is the ideal hiking buddy! She loves the great outdoors, basking in the sun, and exploring new scents. She prefers a hike without other pups who are not on leash

Favorite Treats: Wet food, spray cheese, and freeze-dried are at the top of her list.

Favorite Toys: She doesn't seem to discriminate too much.

Car Rides: Montana is a fan of car rides and makes a great travel companion.

Enrichment Activities: She enjoys enrichment boxes that challenge her and keep her entertained.

Affectionate Moments: Once she gets to know you, Montana loves lap snuggles.

**Cues Montana Knows:**
- Sit
- Down
- Touch
- Stand

Montana is an amazing dog who would thrive in an active home with a family ready to give her lots of love, training, and outdoor adventures. If you think you can keep up with her spirited nature, Montana would love to meet you!

My adoption comes with some extra benefits at the time of adoption!

Montana is an All-Star dog! Her adoption appointment includes a discussion with our Training Team, and she will go home with his very own no-pull-harness and a few enrichment goodies to help get her off to a good start! To schedule an appointment to meet Montana, email info@ahconnects.org (please include your name and phone number), and the staff will be happy to help you!
