Hi there! My name is Blueberry. I am a sweet and handsome older guinea pig who lives with my two best friends, Strawberry and Raspberry.
Estimated birth date: 05/01/2019
Personality: Brave, Chatty, Cuddly, Curious, Energetic, Enjoys being held, Friendly toward humans, Friendly toward other animals, Readily allows you to pick it up, Sweet.
Favorite treats: Loves lettuce, pea flakes, and peppers.
Current Diet: Oxbow Essentials Adult Guinea Pig Food, Fruit, Veggies, Leafy Greens, Western Timothy Hay.
Favorite toys and activities: enjoys running in the playpen and sleeping in his house.
Potty trained: No.
This animal’s daily routine: pellets in the morning; lap time, floor time, and fresh veggies in the evening.
BFF: Blueberry, Strawberry, and Raspberry are a bonded trio and must be adopted together.

Has this animal been exposed to children? What was their reaction? Yes, shy when being picked up but loves sitting and cuddling on my lap.
Health concerns: Currently being treated for Pneumonia--- is showing signs of improvement.
Behavioral concerns: None
Other notes: Sometimes when we feed them lettuce, he will push Strawberry and Raspberry out of the way so that he can have it all to himself.
Blueberry, Raspberry, & Strawberry came to MNPPR when their owner became to ill to continue caring for them.
Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. This animal's foster parent prefers to meet at the Petsmart - 1640 New Brighton Blvd, MPLS MN 55413 for meet & greets, & adoptions.
Fee:Blueberry, Raspberry, & Strawberry have a combined adoption fee of $85

MN Pocket Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) organization primarily serving the Twin Cities Metro Area, focusing on education and public outreach. Our intent is to keep all animals in their homes, with their families, whenever possible. We are committed to rescuing those pocket pets that are in jeopardy of being euthanized or are in danger of being abused, left unattended or in other types of vulnerable situations. We ensure all animals receive proper veterinary care, medication and special training for any behavioral issues, as well as to arrange safe, temporary homes for these animals until stable forever homes can be found. Our team is made up of enthusiastic volunteers who work passionately to serve the underrepresented and often misunderstood niche of pocket pets in the overall rescue community and general public.
