Current on vaccinations, and have tested negative for both FIV ('Feline Immunodeficiency Virus') and FeLV (Feline Leukemia).
Eddie and his brothers, Randy and Freddie, came from a neglected environment. They were surrendered because their previous owner could not afford to feed them. When he first arrived in his foster home at three months old, the kittens were skin and bones, malnourished, drenched with fleas, and infested with intestinal parasites. The boys are now healthy and happy, ready to journey to their forever home. Due to the chaotic environment these boys withstand during the first three months of their lives, they are skittish in new environments and shy with strangers. Once settled, they open up to be gentle, purring fur babies. They need adopters who have experience with shy kittens and will be patient with them while adjusting to the new homes. They are frightened by sudden movement and abrupt grabbling.
Eddie is a gentle boy who enjoys being held and pampered like a little prince. He has expressive eyes, silky medium fur, a white torso, and a grey/white bushy tail. A quick Google search revealed that Eddie might be a Turkish Van kitten. This handsome boy loves to sit in a human lap and have his fur brushed. He is very affectionate with people. Eddie won’t do well as the only cat. He will need a friendly feline companion and, hopefully, one of his brothers in his new home.
