Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If Marky Mark was a dog, we could’ve named him Barky Bark. This guy came into the shelter after someone heard him meowing all night. He continued to meow constantly for days, barely stopping, except when he was asleep, until his sister was finally found and brought in.

Marky Mark is a very friendly and affectionate kitten who will want to be where you are. He would do best with a companion, but he is not specifically bonded to his sister Funky Bunch.

Marky Mark was born May of 2024. If he is not neutered by the time he is adopted, he will be on a spay/neuter contract. He is microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. Additional adoption info

All interested parties must fill out an adoption application and be approved prior to adoption. If a family has currently, or in the recent past had pets then a veterinary reference is required. If not then two personal references are required. Our adoption fees for dogs range from $150-$300. Our adoption fee for cats is free will donation. After an adoption has been approved an adoption contract must be signed.

More about this shelter

The ECAS is an all volunteer, no kill shelter. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome pets in need due to neglect, abandonment, abuse or from simply not being wanted! We started in 2010 due to a need in our community. We are currently a foster based organization and we are currently building our new shelter facility. We work hand in hand with other rescue and shelters in the area to help out when and where we are needed.
