Will someone save me ?? My name is Valentine, I am right around 8 months young. I am currently at a shelter here in Mississippi and the building has been sold and we have to be out by the end of the month. I am so sad and nervous that nobody will help me, I am a good boy who never asked to be born or end up in a shelter. But sadly that has been my life this far, and I want to experience so much more. I am a friendly youngster who adores all the attention I can seek from people who work here. I do get along with other dog friendly dog friends as well, and I try my hardest to keep my kennel as clean as possible. I know people think no he is not my type of dog or I am not a tiny puppy anymore, but I promise to listen and learn new things and be your best friend, if only given a chance. Sandi Paws Rescue has one more transport to help me and the others here so they need your help to have people who want to adopt, or hey even a foster is good. I just need that person to show me I am worth it and I do deserve to live a nice long life with people to love. I am not to big and should fit in pretty much anywhere. I do like to get out and explore when I can and hey may I assist you in keeping the little rodents out of the yard as well BONUS :). A successful adoption depends on the selection of the right pet for your household and your understanding of your responsibility of adopting a rescued animal. Our adoption procedures have been designed to make sure all rescued Sandi Paws pets are placed in an appropriate, loving forever home, and to make sure all adopters find the right fit for their family. Prior to adoption, all dogs and cats will be given all age-appropriate vaccinations, including rabies, kennel cough, parvo and distemper, spaying/neutering, intestinal deworming, heartworm testing/treatment, microchipping, and monthly heartworm medication and flea prevention.
Note: We will adopt pets outside of Wisconsin if we can do necessary background and reference checks and the adopters agree to provide necessary follow up information. Also, the adopting family must agree to travel to pick up the pet and agree to transport them back to Wisconsin if they need to be returned at any time.
