Meet Mister, a 3-year-old, 12 lb chi terrier mix looking for his forever home!

Background: Mister was a very loved dog whose owner reached out to us when she was facing a move where she could not take all her dogs with her. Mister joined us with his year old son Chico also on our site.

Personality: Mister is a snuggle pro who loves to relax when not playing with anyone he can find!. He is a loving guy who can’t get enough of his favorite people. Overall, he is an easy dog who just wants to find his best friend. Could that be you? Are you looking for an active guy who would love to go hiking or walking and then go out for a coffee! He is good around children and loves to play with other dogs.

Health: Mister is up to date on all vaccines, neutered, and microchipped.

Training: Mister is house-trained and leash trained!

Ideal Home: Mister would love a home that would treasure his fun loving, active nature! Bonus points if you have children and/or other dogs for him to play with.

Adoption is a lifetime commitment. After an application and a verbal interview is completed and it is determined that the adoption is a compatible match, a contract is signed with specific guidelines. An adoption fee (usually between $250-$500) to help off-set medical, feeding and Rescue costs is collected. The contract states that at any time the adoption does not work out, the dog is to be returned to our Rescue group for alternate placement. The dog is not to be 'given away' or 'rehomed' or 'taken to the pound'. If there are other dogs in the home, they must meet prior to adoption. All family members in the household have to agree to the adoption. No dog is to be adopted as a 'gift'. No out of state adoptions.

Adoptions can be arranged by appointment or our dogs can be met on the first Saturday of the month at Petsmart, Desert Ridge Noon to 3:00 PM.
