My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you`re looking for a mature, athletic dog who loves to take it easy, then look no further than Reggie! This senior gentleman may be independent, but he`s also affectionate and loyal. While he`s not sure about other dogs, he`s sure about you: Reggie will be your steadfast companion. Reggie is a strong and healthy boy who is always up for a nice walk around the park, followed by a nap in a sunbeam. He`s an excellent companion for someone who wants a best friend for life - someone who, even as a senior, has a lot of love to give and a lot of life to live. If you`re interested in giving this sweet boy a home, please come and meet him today - you`ll be glad you did!

Go meet their pets

Thank you for your interest in adopting from West Valley City/Taylorsville Animal Services! We would love for you to come to the shelter and meet your new family member.

You can come to the shelter Monday through Friday between 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm and walk through to see the animals we have available for adoption.

Please keep in mind that adoptions are first come, first serve. We often have a few pets that would make a good match for each family, so if the animal you are interested in is no longer available, you can still come in and meet some animals to see if there's a good fit.

You can see all of our animals at www.wvcpets.com [wvcpets.com]
