My name is Twinky!

I'm twinky. nice to meet you. i'm a 13 year old yorkie who was dropped off at a shelter by my previous owner in rough shape.
i am overweight but working on losing it thanks to my wonderful foster. i don't bark b/c my previous owner removed my vocal chords. i also have a collapsing trachea so i need to wear a harness, take medication and live a calm and quiet life. I am darling and kind and enjoy the company of humans and dogs *would probably be fine with cats too.
I can be shy but that is less so the more comfortable i get. I have a good appetite and i am house broken.

All of our dogs are in private foster homes. Once you fill out an application it will be screened by our volunteer adoption team. From there, if your application
looks like a good fit for the particular dog, it will be sent to the foster where you can ask all the questions you would like and schedule a meet and greet. We do not transport our dogs. If you apply from out of state we do request you come to Los Angeles to meet us and fly home in cabin or drive.
