My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bertram (Bert) is a fun loving boy who thinks he is still a kitten. His mornings are spent zooming from room to room, playing with his toys and jumping out at passersby. He loves people, especially kids, but be sure you have a stick toy because Bert’s favorite things are human fingers!! He loves his naps and is comfy on his bed, a box or a blanket. He enjoys being where the action is but doesn’t like to share his humans with other animals. He is most affectionate at night and likes to give gentle head butts while purring. This boy will keep you entertained!

Bertram loves a good cuddle session and enjoys gentle playtime, making him the perfect companion for those cozy nights in. If you're looking for a lovable lap cat who knows how to take life easy, Bertram is your guy! Come meet him today and let him charm his way into your heart! Apply to adopt him at tenthlifecats.org/adopt.

More about this rescue

Tenth Life's Mission:
Giving cats the lives they deserve.
At Tenth Life, we believe that every cat, regardless of emotional or physical limitations, deserves the chance at a fulfilling and happy life.
We provide veterinary care, foster homes, and adoptive placement to stray cats and kittens, prioritizing those with special needs. We work to end unnecessary euthanasia and cat homelessness through educational outreach, community programs, and collaborative partnerships.

Only when a trusted veterinarian determines that a cat is in a state of incurable suffering, does Tenth Life relieve them of their pain through gentle and humane euthanasia. This difficult and thoughtful decision is never made in response to a lack of space, negative behaviors, or because a cat's medical needs are challenging or expensive.
