My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

She has been recovering from surgery and still has a month of non-activity protocol for her healing to be complete. She is walking outside only to potty and the volunteers are hanging out in her kennel with her, assuring her that she will romp again ... but safely.

Blossom is currently around 40 lbs. and won't be a whole lot bigger. With her fluffy coat and lovely reddish-brown markings she gives off a Bernese or Swiss mounting dog vibe. She has already shown her admiration for some of the calmer dogs and she lived with other dogs, so placing her with another dog may be in her future. For now it is TLC and R&R for Blossom.

How To Adopt An Angel

You've fallen in love with one of our Angels and you'd like to take him or her home with you. This is what you must do:
1.) Email Sandy at sandraschiller3008@gmail.com and make an appointment to visit our facility and visit with our Angels. You are welcome to bring your dog to meet your potential new family member, as long they are kept on a leash.
2.) Complete an adoption application and agreement at our office. Fees: Adult dogs are $175. Puppies are $200. All dogs are microchipped.
3.) Angel Ridge Animal Rescue will review your application and check references.
4.) In some cases, such as the adoption of a special needs animal, we may require a home check before adoption, or we may want to visit the home after the adoption.
5.) Once you have completed the adoption procedure, you may take your special new family member home. You may also contact us if you need our help.

Visiting hours are Saturday & Sunday, 12:00 to 3:00
M-F 3-5:00, but please make an appointment so we know you are coming!
