My name is Fraulein!

I've had a rough go of it the past few weeks. My owner dropped me off at my favorite kennel on September 26th and he passed away suddenly after dropping me off. I was lucky enough to have a family take me in, but one of their dogs doesn't like having me here very much. I would do best with a retiree or a work from home type where I would be the only pet, as this is what I have always known. I am looking for a very special person (or better yet, family, because I LOVE kids) to allow me into their home, despite my age.
