Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I found Duece on 10/3/2024 while walking my dog. I connected with his owner on Straydar that evening. She informed me she couldn’t handle having him and wanted to rehome him. She also said she wouldn’t come get him. That said, I’ve been fostering Duece.
Duece is a very sweet little guy. He likes cuddles, long walks, playing with other dogs, being outside, and running around. He’s been very comfortable with our pitty mix who is also male. His previous owner said he would escape from her apartment and wouldn’t come back when called. He has not tried to escape at all and immediately comes when we call him. I believe she had trouble because he was very unhappy living in an apartment and being left alone all day. He loves having a yard and doggie door situation.
He does well on a crate.
He needs to go to a household with another dog and possibly kids. I don’t think he would thrive if left home alone all day. He may do well with a cat companion.
His birthday is 12/13/2021.
