Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cali is a sweet relaxed dog that is blind and deaf. We rescued her in 2019 and believe she is 8/9 years old. She has been a sweet part of our family but with three children it has been hard to give her the attention she deserves. She is excellent with people and other dogs. A typical day includes waking at 7:30am, eating at 8:30am, walking around the house looking for food, going out in the yard, laying in the sun, taking a nap, looking for food, eating at 2pm, looking for food, taking a nap, going out in the yard and then going to sleep at 7pm.
The challenges are that she's a trip hazard, she sometimes pees in the house although most of the time uses a doggie door. Her health is good overall, she does have a rattle in her lungs that a doctor would like to see on an X-ray, we just don't have the funds to do right now. She's had a cough that happens a few times a day for the past year, but she doesn't seem uncomfortable at all. I have info from her Vet visit this month I'll share.
