Say hello to Ace and get ready to give this shy handsome boy a lot of attention. He was rescued from a hoarding situation and is eager to find a forever home and family that will give him plenty of play and love as he learns how kind and welcoming the world can be.
Ace is 2 and half year-old Beagle/dachshund mix with a light brown coat and a white stripe down his chest. He is fully grown at 19 pounds, so he is a small dog. Ace is a bit shy when meeting new dogs, but he enjoys taking walks with a canine companion. Games are in his wheelhouse also so Ace would likely love to learn frisbee or fetch. Children and dogs make Ace happy. It is not known whether he enjoys spending time with cats.
Ace is working on his house training and has already mastered his crate and leash walking. His new home should be prepared to give him consistent, firm, positive daily training, and a regular routine to teach him how to be a good little doggie. Ace may be a small boy, but he has a big heart and a big spirit just waiting for all the affection and attention he can get from his new forever home and family.
The adoption fee for Ace is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees.
