Tobias is a little reserved when meeting new people, but with time and gentle encouragement, he'll start to come out of his shell. He thrives in peaceful environments and would do best in a low-traffic home with people who understand that he needs time to adjust. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized.
