Are you ready to add a sprinkle of joy to your life? Introducing Rose, the adorable black and tan hound who’s searching for her forever home!

About Rose: This sweet girl is as active as she is affectionate. Rose loves to romp and play, and she’s just as happy to wind down with a cozy nap and some snuggles. With her moderate energy level, she enjoys about an hour of playtime each day, making her a perfect companion for fun adventures and lazy afternoons.

Training & Behavior: Rose is fully house-trained and crate-trained, and she knows the command “sit.” She’s still a puppy at heart, which means she gets a little over-excited at times, but her eagerness to please (especially when treats are involved!) makes her a great candidate for training classes or agility sports! She is well socialized and attended puppy pre-school as a young lass.

Social Butterfly: Rose is a social girl who gets along beautifully with kids and other dogs. She might be a tad vocal when meeting new furry friends, but it’s all in good spirit! She seems to thrive with male dogs, so if you have a boy pup, they might just become the best of buddies!

Ideal Home: Rose is looking for a loving family who can offer her daily playtime followed by cozy cuddle sessions. Whether you’re going for walks or enjoying some playtime in the yard, she’s ready for it all!

If you’re ready to fill your home with laughter, love, and a whole lot of wagging tails, Rose would love to meet you! ❤️

More about this rescue

The London Sanctuary (TLS) focuses on providing a safe haven for elderly and unwanted Beagles and Hound Dogs, as well as other at-risk, large to medium-sized breeds, as space and funds permit. Special consideration is given to hounds of all types, which are also greatly at risk in northeast Florida.

• TLS rescues, rehabilitates, and re-homes as many dogs from area shelters as possible. Our priority is to save dogs most at-risk of euthanasia in shelter facilities.
• TLS attempts to place dogs through online pet-listing services and forums, and social media.
• TLS thoroughly screens prospective owners with home and veterinary reference checks.
• TLS houses a limited number of dogs as care-for-life dogs that cannot be placed either due to age and/or medical conditions.
• TLS provides ongoing support and education to all adopters.
• TLS spays/neuters and gives required immunizations and necessary medical treatment to all dogs prior to placement.
