I LOVE TO: Socialize and play with other dogs, run around and play in the yard, and be around people.

I HAVE: I have a confident and active disposition.

I GET ALONG WELL WITH: Adults and older children.

I WOULD RATHER NOT: Live with young children, live with a cat, visit the dog park, be an outside dog, be left outside unattended, because of my small stature, or be left alone for long periods of time.

I NEED: Puppy obedience training. I need a yard to play in, daily exercise and/or walks that will accommodate my energy level. I need an owner who has had experience with dogs.

To adopt your new pet the first step would be to visit the animals at the shelter, find one that tugs at your heart. Go to the front office to get more information.
• All household members must interact with the animal. We do this to ensure that all family members, and the animal you’re interested in, are a match.
• (Dog adoptions only) All dogs in the household will need to come in to interact as well. If the dog will be frequently interacting with other dogs (owned by family members, friends, etc.) we recommend they come in to interact as well, to ensure a successful adoption.
