If ye had the chance to change my fate, would ya? 

Some lady saw my face and sad story and offered me temporary housing while I'm waiting for my permanent pad. I decided to show her that I make a great houseguest so I've been quietly sleeping in a crate, going potty in the outdoor area, calmly joining her on walks to enjoy the beautiful weather and being most cordial with the big dogs. 

I feel a bit like a celebrity here; people have mistaken me for famous characters they call Snoopy, Bullseye the Target Dog, or someone named the TikTok Sad Hamster. But, basically, I believe my heritage is a mystery except for my vague resemblance to a so-called Lab.
