Hey there, I'm German! Despite my name, I'm not from Germany, but I did once eat a whole bratwurst. That's how I ended up here, believe it or not. My old family left a BBQ unattended and, well, let's just say I'm not one to resist a sausage feast. They weren't too pleased about the missing food and decided I needed a place with more culinary supervision. I'm a laid-back guy who loves a good joke and a belly rub. More about this rescue

Lost Paws Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer based organization dedicated to the welfare, care and adoption of abandoned and homeless animals. We also provide educational materials that will help pet owners with their animals. All of our animals are kept in foster homes. We also have rescue animals in need of medical care.

We do this because we are dedicated to improving the quality of life for animals in the community. We hope to do this through education, being an advocate for the animals, endeavoring to reduce animals over population (spay/neutering) and preventing animal cruelty.
