Parker is a sensitive and thoughtful 2-year-old German Shepherd mix who is gradually learning to trust and open up. Initially a bit shy, he approaches new people with gentle curiosity, sniffing hands but keeping his distance until he feels more comfortable. With familiar faces, though, Parker’s personality shines—he wags his tail eagerly, approaches with a loose, happy body, and even reaches up for a friendly hello!

Once outside, Parker is a mix of alertness and curiosity, taking in his surroundings with investigative sniffs and thoughtful paw lifts. While he doesn’t always seek out attention, he’s very receptive to gentle pets and seems to draw confidence from the support of people he trusts. Parker finds comfort in familiar routines and is especially motivated by treats, which help him build positive associations and confidence.

This sweet boy would do best in a calm, patient home where he can adjust at his own pace, and he’s sure to become a loyal friend to someone who understands his gentle nature. With Parker by your side, you’ll discover the heart of a truly devoted companion.
