Brooke: brown tabby & white, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 6/1/24, #19266 Benny: orange tabby, short hair, neutered male, born approx. 6/1/24, #19272
BACKGROUND: Brooke was found alone in a Home Depot parking lot by some Good Samaritans who didn't realize she was too young to eat on her own; when she got to a Rescue House foster three days later she was in bad shape and needed intensive care and support, but she turned the corner and got better and better! Benny was found in a back yard when he was not quite starting to wean and got some bottle-feeding as well. The pair met in foster care and have become inseparable.
PERSONALITY: Brooke and Benny are both SUPER sweet kittens! They love trackball scratchers and toys they can bat around... pretty much anything is fun to a kitten. ---Brooke is tiny but mighty! (Really tiny. Really mighty.) This pint-sized girl is full of confidence and the conviction that all humans are wonderful and all humans of course must want to hold her! Brooke will march up to anyone to jump in their laps and is a parrot-kitten who likes to perch on shoulders. Her newest non-human perch is a windowsill where she can stare at the birds. ---Benny is always carrying springs around in his mouth. They're his fav! He is a very loving and sweet guy who will snuggle with you bed and likes to be picked up and carried around for extra cuddles. He doesn't have Brooke's high confidence, and prefers a slower introduction to new people and places; once he had the chance to get comfy, then he'll relax and be totally fine. ---Brooke and Benny have forged a close friendship and MUST be adopted together.
COMPATIBILITY: They love each other and do well with other cats. They ignore the two senior Chihuahuas in their foster home. Older respectful children who can understand Benny wants a little intro time would likely be fine.
Brooke and Benny are a fantastic duo! Will they bring love and laughter to your home?
