My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maple Sugar was found in the street, no one claimed her and the rescue could not resist this little 8.6 pound girl., 2 year old. Maple is a mini poodle x, slightly overweight. Maple Sugar is very loving, quiet and just wants to be a lap dog and spoiled. Housetrained, crate trained, though would rather sleep with her person. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, flea/tick treatment ready for a loving home. Located in southern Idaho, transport is available to approved home within the Pacific northwest. Go meet their pets

At present we are a foster based rescue. People are welcome to come meet our animals in their foster homes by appointment. In the future we will have adoption events in our areas.

More about this rescue

The founders of the multi state rescue have over 80 years of experience in rescue. We saw the need to use our experience to help and we formed Journey Home. Our love and passion for helping neglected, injured, abandoned, homeless animals is our utmost priority. Educating the communities on the need for spayed, neuter, and vaccines and training as needed. We rely on donations, and fundraisers and grants to help sustain the rescue.
Adoption only within the northwest.
