My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Dan! He's a curious boy who hasn't been neutered yet, which might explain some of his current behaviors. While he wasn't aggressive, he wasn't particularly interested in playing with toys or splashing around in the water. Dan also wasn't too eager for pets, and when I tried, he did exhibit some inappropriate behavior by grabbing my leg. It seems like he has a bit of a behavioral issue that could improve once he's neutered. I wanted to share this with you directly to discuss a plan moving forward. Hopefully, we can work on it together!

As of 10/15/24 Dan IS NEUTERED!

On 11/1/24 Dan met another dog, Ashe. He seems house trained as he immediately did his business outside. He was initially timid and tense until he was able to go potty. After that, he opened up to being friendly and social. He had a playful attitude, but seems to be more gentle/dainty. Video uploaded

Additional adoption info

Our standard adoption fee is $75 for dogs and $70 for cats. This includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, heartworm test (and treatment medication if needed) for dogs, FeLV test for cats, collar, leash for dogs, and a customized ID tag.

All adoptions must be completed in-person and require a driver's license and payment in the form of cash or a credit/debit card. MAS does not accept checks for adoption fees.
