My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ferlin was named after singer Ferlin Husky and yes... like his namesake.. he sings. This handsome boy has been with us twice as a stray and ended up returned to owner the first time in much better shape than he came. The second time he returned he was a light heartworm positive and so joined our No Dog Left Behind Project. His last HW test was negative and he received Pro-Heart 12 in August. 2024. This playful friendly boy loves treats, attention, and playing in water. He walks okay on a leash and will crate, but it is not his preference. He does stay well in a secure fence and it appears the previous owners were just opening the door and letting him loose. He has beautiful blue eyes and a nice voice. Won't you invite this famous singer to dinner? He would love to come and stay the night and hopefully forever!
