Hi, I'm Pepper! I'm a sweet little black kitten with a lot of energy and a big heart. I love to play, whether it's chasing toys, pouncing on imaginary bugs, or exploring every corner of my space. But don't worry-I've got a soft side too! I'm curious about everything and love making new discoveries. I'm also really friendly, so I get along well with other pets and people alike. My shiny black coat makes me look like a mini panther, but don't let that fool you-I'm a total softie! I'm still learning the world around me, and I can't wait to find my forever home where I can play, explore, and most of all, love. I'm an indoor cat only!

Submit Application

Whether you're interested in a specific pet or not, fill out our application online at houstonpetsalive.org.

2.
Meet the Pet

Once your application is approved, a meet and greet will be set up between you and your pet of interest.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet and greet goes well and your adoption application is approved, you will sign the adoption contract.

4.
Pay Fee

Once the adoption contract is signed, you will pay the adoption fee.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Bring your new best friend home! Remember that it will take some time for him/her to adjust to their new environment.
