Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**The first step to adopting from MO Min Pin Rescue, is to complete the online adoption application. A good vet reference and heartworm prevention are required.
We do not arrange transport, and you will be responsible for coming to us to get your dog.
Hi, I am Timmy. I came from a breeder who decided it was best to send me to rescue. I am a healthy and energetic pup, who is also very timid and slow to trust new people. I am microchipped, fully vaccinated, on heartworm, flea, and tick preventative.
I need another dog friend or two, a confident pup(s), who can continue to show me that the outside world isn’t that bad. I lived in a kennel for the first part of my life, with little or no human interaction. New sounds and things can scare me, but don’t let that deter you, as I am a strong-minded pup and learning new stuff every day.
I am not 100% leash-trained yet, but I am working on realizing the leash is not scary, so a fully fenced yard would be best. I am about 95% potty-trained, but still learning to ask to go outside when I need to go, but the other dogs are teaching me right from wrong here. I don’t need to be kenneled and do pretty well at home alone with my foster brothers and sister, given that I am limited to certain rooms.
I currently live with my 3 foster dog siblings and A LOT of cats. Every once in a while, you will catch me snuggling with one of them. I love to bark at my neighbor's dog, a German Shepard who will yell at you to let me out and run the fence and scream at him. HAHA!
I like to play tug-o-war and get rowdy with my foster brother, but I am a bit younger than them and have tons more energy. I don’t like to chase balls or be picked up and am learning what the appropriate chew toys are, but my foster momma is good at redirecting me.
Oh, I love to snuggle with my foster momma and you can usually find me buried next to her at bedtime. Are you ready to spend the next 12-15 years of your life spoiling me?
I am currently located in St. Louis and my adoption fee is $275.
