A REAL SWEETIE PIE: Approx. 1 year old / Approx. 28 lbs.
Hi, my name’s Muttley – a handsome guy with beautiful eyes! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control. Since joining the MM family, I’ve been soaking up all the love from the volunteers who come to care for me. They say I am now ready to find my new family, and I am so excited for that day. Hopefully it will be soon!
• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I haven’t met other dogs at Mostly Mutts yet, so let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over.
• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a happy and super sweet guy with a friendly demeanor. The volunteers have noticed I am also quite focused, which bodes well for my future training success. I’m playful and fun – ready to make lots of great memories with my new family. I was also sweet and calm for my shelter bath then – when it was over, I was ready to rumble and have fun with my bather! I can jump my gate at the shelter, so I should not be unsupervised in a fenced yard until you know I won’t try to do that. / My energy level is 5-7.
• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’ve mastered the ‘sit’, ‘stay’ and ‘come’ commands and I look forward to learning lots more! / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts. / I've been having accidents on the shelter schedule, so please continue to be consistent with me on a good schedule, so I can master my potty skills.
• LIKES/DISLIKES: I like to get attention from all the nice volunteers, and I love toys too so let’s have some fun playtimes! / I barked a lot in the car until they windows were cracked a bit – then I was fine. I can’t think of any dislikes, though I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training.
• MEDICAL: I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered. I came in with a little fur loss but it’s healing up nicely with some medicated baths that I’ll need for a little while in my new home. I also had infected ears which have been treated.
I am looking for a wonderful furever home where I will be a cherished family member! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
