My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pickles! This 5-month old gentle gherkin came to us from local animal control after being found as a stray. We have no idea how he found himself in such a pickle or who could have left this itty bitty pittie behind, but we’re sure the best is yet to come.

Pickles is shy, sweet, and loving – a pure dill-light! And with his fawn brindle coat, perfect head tilt, and sweet color-coded eyes, his cuteness is jarring. And those ears…they might as well have their own zip code! Pickles might be young, but he’s kind of a big dill. He’s a calm puppy, a soft old soul, is housetrained, and knows “sit”. Rise and brine? No thanks – Pickles is content to sleep in after the alarm goes off and will lazily lounge in bed while you start your day. He loves to sprawl out on the pillows in bed, claiming the best spot for himself with his deceptively long legs. He can’t help but relish each and every moment of attention. And at 30 pounds, we think this small gent has the potential to be a big boy.

Pickles likes to do things, like sniffing around the yard and eating the tall grass outside. But showing love to all those around him is really the bread and butter of his day. Pickles is a vlasic case of puppy perfection and is just looking to seal the dill with a loving forever family.

** Puppy training at an approved facility will be required, with proof of registration prior to adoption.**

Pickles’ top 3 priorities:

1. A family willing to continue training and socializing to make Pickles into the best adult ever.
2. A family who loves silly goofballs and one who lets Pickles snuggle up in bed every single night.
3. A family who will shower Pickles with love and affection and teach this perfectly dill-icious side dish what it means to live the good life.
