For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
Hi there, We are a 10-pack of beautiful Shepherd/Lab mix puppies born on 4/24/24 in Laredo Texas when our pregnant mama was dumped in a neighborhood and a good samaritan brought her in. A few weeks later… surprise surprise, lots of puppies! We are now 5 months old, healthy, happy, and well socialized, we have all our vaccines, spayed or neutered, and all of us microchipped. Now to find forever homes!
My name is Mickey, I’m a boy, I weigh 38 lbs, I’m the only brown pup in this litter, and my foster mom says I’m a big ol’ sweetheart. I have a medium energy and a go-with-the-flow attitude, relaxed and happy, love everyone young and old, am not concerned at all with cats, and am great with other dogs. I love playtime with my doggy friends, playing fetch with people and any doggy treat is perfect for me. I’m affectionate and love when you rub my head and I’m not overly kissy. I only bark to alert, I’m already housebroken, and well-behaved, and I like to lie down while I eat my meals… I’m that casual, LOL. I love going for walks and I don't mind going for a ride in the car. I will make a wonderful family dog and I hear the Eastern Seaboard is the place to be. Inquire about me today and bring me home!
* 4 Little Paws is based in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside the states we typically adopt to, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.

Please DO NOT apply unless the entire family / household is on board with adopting one of our dogs. We must receive an application for you to move forward in the process. Thoughtful direct emails are welcome and will be answered. However, an application is still a necessary step. We want to make sure we find our dogs a perfect fit with a family so both the dog and the family are happy. We keep our dogs with fosters once we get them out of shelters for a little bit to learn and understand their personalities. Our relationship with families doesn't stop at adoption! We are always available for any follow up questions and are happy to be a resource as you and your new pet settle into a routine.
