My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please contact Kelly (kmahoney326@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.

Hello!

.

Marilyn is a gorgeous long haired cat rescued from the streets of Washington Heights where she was most likely dumped.

She has a cute beauty mark on her mouth, hence the name Marilyn.

She is affectionate and friendly.

She would love to be the only kitty in the home.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Please come and visit our adoptables on Saturdays between 2:00 and 6:00pm at the Petco at 92nd Street and Broadway in Manhattan.

If you are interested in adopting, simply:
1. Fill out a pre-adoption form.
2. Let us help you choose the perfect cat or cats that are right for you.
3. Schedule a home visit to make sure your home is "kiity-proof" (safe and secure for cats).

We ask for a $125 adoption donation to help us cover the cost of vaccinating, neutering, and testing each cat for FIV and FeLV. We're strong advocates of the buddy system, and require that kittens under ten-months-old be adopted in pairs unless there is already a young animal in the home to serve as a playmate.

We have cats of all ages, shapes, sizes, and colors. The one thing they all need is a permanent, loving home. Nothing warms a home like a cat or two. Please come and meet our furry friends!

Go meet their pets

Every Saturday find us at the PETCO on the corner of 92nd and Broadway from 2pm to 6pm, and you'll be able to meet and greet all of our wonderful adoptables then. We mostly have cats up for adoption but occasionally we do have dogs as well. So please come and join us!

More about this rescue
