This dog is always in my front yard, I’m not sure if he has an owner, but he used to be tied in a backyard now he is always outside going on the main road, he’s abandoned I’ve seen the owner abuse him when I returned him to the owner, I saw him fist punch the dog in the head. He is very friendly and nice. He is still a puppy. And deserves a forever loving home. If you are interested please let me know.
