Lakota was a shy guy when he first arrived at the shelter. Then he had a breakthrough and showed his sweet, cuddly personality! In his foster home he got along very well with the other kitties, but his personality really started to shine when he was the only kitten in the house. He’s honed his skills as a bug hunter, biscuit maker, and laser pointer chaser. If you’re looking for a curious, playful, and affectionate companion, Lakota is your guy! He will do well with other feline companions or by himself. He just wants a forever home!

All of our kittens are currently in Foster Homes. They are not at our facility. Adoption counselors can arrange for you to meet the kittens once your application is approved. Kittens through 6 months $125 or 2 for $200; Kitties over 6 months $100 or 2 for $150.

Our Adoptable Kittens ARE NOT FERAL. We take them from the streets at a young age, and some are feral at the time of rescue. However, we spend many hours taming, socializing, and acclimating them to indoor life as a pet cat. They are currently friendly, healthy, and playful kittens who are just waiting for their special someone to take them home. All of our kittens are spayed or neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV, vaccinated against Distemper, and treated for fleas and other parasites.
