Dog's Name: Pup Coffee (COF0924DICFD)
Estimated Breed: Labrador Retriever MIX
Approximate Age: 4-5 months
Approximate Weight: 25 lbs
Currently Living at: Foster
Adoption Fee: $500
DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Hi, I'm Pup Coffee! I haven't had such a great life so far, as I found myself abandoned in an overcrowded shelter in Dickerson County, Virginia along with my three sisters. Things are looking up for me since I was rescued by K-9 Lifesavers now. I'm a super cute and friendly gal! I love meeting new people and making friends, both two-legged and four-legged. At my young age, I am in my prime for training and socialization too. You should know, my loyalty is second to none, and once we're friends, we're friends for life. Are you ready to have fun together? I can't wait to meet my forever family. Could that be you? Submit an application today so I can find my loving home soon!
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home. For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/ or email our Foster Coordinator at foster@k-9lifesavers.org
