Meet Whisper! This adorable pup has the sweetest personality and a love for everyone he meets—both people and other dogs. He's goofy, fun, and those ears are something to talk about! Whisper was blessed with a pair of incredible ears, though they don’t work, which is quite ironic—because Whisper is deaf. But that doesn't slow him down! He’s already learning to look to his foster for direction and is great at picking up cues from other dogs. Whisper is ready to make one lucky family very happy—could that be yours?
