What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Scooby is a one year old lab mix. He’s such a kind boy however he is needing more than we can provide him. We have added a baby to our family and with two small children already in our home, we are struggling to manage his energy level. My husband relocated for work and between the 3 kids, I cannot manage him independently. When not properly exercised, he tends to become bored which leads to destructive behaviors. Ideally, he’d be living somewhere with lots of room to run and he’d have another dog or two to play with. He loves to run/exercise daily and is very good with young kids. Scooby spent three weeks being trained with an E-Collar that he responds very well to when the proper attention is given to his training. He is completely potty trained and sleeps in his crate. He’s approximately 70lbs, microchipped, neutered, and fully up to date with his vaccinations. Scooby would be able to jump into the right family in no time!
Happy to provide his crate, dog bed, and remaining food.
